Learn the Camera
The five concepts behind every preset in this library, explained plainly.
Motion — Frame Rate
30fps reads as natural motion. 60fps adds a slight 'video' crispness good for action. 120-240fps is for slowing footage down in the edit, not for playing back at native speed.
Stabilization — HyperSmooth 6.0
Off gives raw, shaky footage. On corrects normal handheld movement. AutoBoost crops the frame further for maximum smoothing — the right call for anything fast or worn on the body.
Lenses
Wide is the default, widest digital FOV. Linear removes fisheye distortion for a natural, 'normal camera' look. SuperView stretches the edges for a dramatic, action-sport feel.
Resolution
1080p is enough for social and fast turnarounds. 4K is the practical sweet spot for most work. 5.3K gives you room to crop and stabilize further in post without losing quality.
Color — Standard vs. Log
Standard color is punchy and usable straight off the camera. GP-Log is flat and desaturated on purpose — it holds more highlight and shadow detail for you to grade afterward.
